      By now, hundreds of people will have received Method of Levels therapy from people we have trained, and a similar number of people with bipolar disorder will have received therapy from people trained in our model. We also have a course for people with anxiety, depression and related difficulties – The Take Control Course, which hundreds of people have now taken part in. We have received some very heartening feedback from people doing all of these.
