      Thank you for your question – it’s good to ask about stuff that you may be experiencing!
      Around 7.6% of the world’s population has had at least one experience of sleep paralysis. For some people though the odds are even higher. 28.3% of students, and 31.9% of psychiatric patients experience at least one episode of sleep paralysis in their lives.

      To add to Nadine’s great answer – to give you some context, for example, about 5 to 10% of all children develop dyslexia. So 7.6% is actually quite a high incidence!
