      Hey there!
I wasn’t sure what the exact meaning of your question was so if I’ve interpreted it wrong please let me know and I’ll correct it!
So if you meant which countries have the worst medical attention or medical care, the World Health Organisation has developed a list which includes 190 countries. Right at the bottom are:
      180 Ethiopia
      181 Angola
      182 Zambia
      183 Lesotho
      184 Mozambique
      185 Malawi
      186 Liberia
      187 Nigeria
188 Democratic Republic of the Congo
      189 Central African Republic
      190 Myanmar
The reasons for this boil down to a lack of the necessary medical resources, such as access to cures, drugs and treatments and poor resource allocations. Ineffective, brutal and corrupt governments also bar access to sufficient medical treatment. This means people, including many children, die from otherwise preventable diseases. These are common issues faced by developing countries.
If we’re looking at developed countries, some of the worst rankers are the United States, Canada, Norway and New Zealand. This is due to problems like not having patient-centred care, the high costs that have to be paid for care which means treatment is not always available and affordable, There also issues with how safe, efficient and timely the care delivered is.
I hope this answers your question!
