      Hi do the YMCA thanks for the question. I don’t just have one tip, I have a collection of tips for you. Sleep professionals will often subscribe something called ‘sleep hygiene’ to people who want to sleep better. This includes advice such as: staying off your phone or playing computer games right before bed, only using your bedroom for snoozing, keeping a consistent bedtime (something you probably already do for school), avoiding eating right before bed, and putting your phone in ‘night mode’ (which removes the blue light) after dark.
