      Hi Epic Roblox Gamer thank you for the question. It could be due to a number of things as I don’t know your sleeping circumstances! For example you might have an uncomfy mattress or a loud hamster that could keep waking you up. I should say though, that waking up throughout night can be a normal part of healthy sleep (as long as it doesn’t happen too much). When we look at people’s brain records when they sleep in our lab they often show very brief periods of waking up throughout the night – in most cases they don’t remember it. Your sleep cycle operates in about 90 minute cycles throughout the night, and it becomes shallower towards the end of each cycle. You are more likely to wake up slightly at the end of these cycles before you go into another one. If the waking problem persists though, and you are having trouble getting back to sleep, you should tell your parents and maybe see a doctor.
