• Question: Why is sleep so important to the body?

      Sleep has many functions, but from a repair perspective, the body gains back energy during sleep. Also after a shock or brain injury the body needs sleep to be able to repair the body. So I think sleep is very important in getting back the mind and body to be healthy and energetic!
