Wow Crunchy you are dominating the questions- well done!
So across research the following foods are considered to boost brain power:
Fatty fish: Fish like salmon, cod, tuna and pollack have omega-3 fatty acids which are healthy fats. These fats have been known to counter the plaques that prevent brain cell communication in Alzheimer’s Disease. They also build brain cells and are linked to good learning and memory.
Blueberries: These have antioxidants that help brain cell communication and act against inflammation and stress in the brain that can lead to dementia.
Walnuts: These have healthy fats and proteins, have been shown to improve memory and also have omega-3 fatty acids.
Tea and Coffee: The caffeine in these drinks, in health doses, can be quite good for memory. Coffee in particular can improve mood and obviously alertness. It’s also linked to a reduced risk of dementia.
Tumeric: This spice is also an antioxidant benefits memory, again, helps brain cells grow, and boosts serotonin and dopamine, which among other things fights depression.
Broccoli: Another source of anitoxidants and also vitamin K, which has been linked to good memory.
Pumpkin Seeds: More antioxidants!!!! Also zinc, which helps nerves signal to each other, magnesium which benefits learning and memory, copper which controls nerve signals. It also has iron which, if there is a deficiency of, can lead to impaired brain function.

      Hope this helps!

To add to this – 1) eating vegetables is very good for your body, as is fruits; however you should be careful with some fruits – thigns like grapes contain a lot of sugar, and.. 2) it is best to avoid sugar and saturated fats (chips, or generally anything fried). The idea is that you cannot have a healthy midn without healthy body (that is, brain).
