The general rule is – when we are young, our brains are very plastic (cause they want to reflect the demands of the environment in how they work) – so any substance that is used regularly will have an effect, and the younger the substance is used , the more fundamental effect it has on the brain and so on your thinking.. So if someone decided to do some drugs when they are teenager, they should be mindful of the effect that young and frequent use has on their brains.
