Question: What do you find so interesting about the brain?

It is a fascinating structure. When I was working in a research and clinical placement, when I was 18 years I saw a brain surgery and when I saw the human brain it was beautiful and I think being able to understand it is the best part of my job!

What colour is the brain, grey or pink?

I’ve read that the brain itself is grey but because of the blood vessels in it and the fact that it’s surrounded by blood, it comes off as pink.
